Facilities Consulting Limited (FCL) provides customer support Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM, excluding National Holidays. During these times, clients will be able to contact our Facilities Management service desks to request services. Non-emergency service requests may be entered at any time (24/7) via our web request system. Facilities Consulting Limited (FCL) has on-call staff to respond to emergencies that occur outside of normal business hours.
