The Financial Complex Limited has been provided maintenance services for the Financial Intelligence Unit located at the Financial Complex, Carenage, St. George's for a number of years. Their services include carpentry repairs, plumbing and air conditioning repairs. The staff of FCL spend substantially more of their time on repairs to the latter. Initially, the responses were delayed resulting in great discomfort primarily because of staff shortages. However, several changes were made to their operations which has now meant that the processes are quick and efficient. They instituted an automatic reply to system, and clients like the FIU are required to sign off on completed work using a mobile portal. Responses have been prompt, less than three hours except for one instance where all staff was fully allocated to an emergency at another location. The air conditioning unit broke down frequently, sometimes three times weekly because it was aged, and they have always made sure that we were back up and running soonest. In addition, both the office staff and maintenance crews have been courteous and communicate well concerning existing issues and how best to go about solving them. The FIU is thankful for the service offered over the many years.

The Magistracy Department, comprising of Nine (9) Courts and Court Offices situated in Government Buildings located in every parish across our tri-island state, has heavily relied on the Financial Complex Limited for assistance and intervention from time to time. They also provided their areas of expertise and, within a short order of the Department identifying its needs, a maintenance schedule for all our Magistrates Courts and their offices was provided. Based on the age and the frequent, almost daily, challenges we face with our buildings we have had to call on FCL on a regular basis. Each time we have engaged them or utilize their services they have exceeded our expectations. Though limited with resources, they respond in a timely manner, offering advice, solutions and alternative options on the issues we face. The staff we have interfaced with have always been professional, friendly, accommodating and patient. The reliability of FCL has caused senior management to develop a level of trust and confidence in the company as they continue to experience call after call, the attentiveness and concern to our needs no matter the location.

Financial Complex Limited (F.C.L) has been doing a marvelous job at our three facilities: Grand Roy Medical Station, Gouyave Health Centre, and Victoria Medical Station. They have assisted us with issues such as Air condition breakdowns or leaks. Plumbing problems from burst pipes, leaking tanks and toilets that were unable to flush. Installation of water tanks. Water heater overflow and or shut offs. Some of our Electrical issues that were attended to include: breaker outage, water in outlets, electrical panels not working and total power outage. Generators were worked on at our facilities as well. Financial Complex Limited has shown that they are well-equipped and are qualified to execute most of the issues they are called upon to assist with. All the maintenance staff who were sent to our facilities displayed professionalism in executing their job. They were very thorough in accomplishing their duties and were extremely pleasant. Once an area has a problem and F.C.L is called upon Ninety Percent (90%) of the issues are resolved immediately. We are happy that we have the F.C.L team to call upon to assist us when there is an issue in our facilities.

I must say thank you for all the support given to St. Andrew District for this year. I am pleased with the timely response given when a request is made for your assistance in repairing items or structural issues at the various health facilities. The only concern I have now is that a strip is missing to complete the blocking of a space in the bottom building at GrandBras Health Centre.
