FCL’s workforce is made up of a dynamic and diverse mix of young and experienced professionals, male and female staff, certified practitioners, and on-the-job training interns. Several employees have served with FCL for over 10 years, including one with more than 20 years of experience, providing institutional knowledge that has been critical to the Company’s growth and evolution.

FCL actively collaborates with institutions such as NEWLO and TAMCC to provide job training and summer employment opportunities for students. More recently, FCL hosted seven (7) participants from the EMPOWER Job and Skills Development Programme, three (3) of whom transitioned into full-time employment, strengthening the organization’s technical capacity.

FCL is also a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the world’s largest and most recognized global network of facility management professionals, with over 25,000 members across more than 140 countries. Several FCL staff members hold internationally recognized professional designations, making FCL the only organization in Grenada with certified and professionally designated facility management practitioners. This affiliation demonstrates FCL’s commitment to professional excellence, continuous improvement, and globally accepted best practices in facility management.
